Fulfillment Policy
Viterra sells digital products only — nothing is shipped physically.
1. What you get
Every product is a downloadable PDF. Once you save it to your device, it's yours to keep permanently — no account or login needed.
2. How it's delivered
Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download links appear on the order confirmation page, and the same links are emailed to the address you entered at checkout. Links stay active for 7 days.
3. If something goes wrong
Didn't receive your email or your link expired? Contact us at contact@viterrahealth.com with your order number and we'll resend your downloads right away.
4. Coaching products
Products that include personal coaching are delivered in two parts: the PDF materials arrive instantly as described above, and your personal plan or coaching details follow by email within the timeframe stated on the product page.
