Returns & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from Alicja, operated by ALICJA SHOP SP. Z O.O., ul. Jana Heweliusza 11/811, 80-890 Gdańsk, Poland.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason. We extend this to 30 days for all orders shipped within the EU.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition;
  • Returned with all original tags and labels attached;
  • Accompanied by the original order confirmation or receipt;
  • Returned within the 30-day window.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or sample sale;
  • Gift cards or store credit;
  • Personalized or made-to-order items;
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

4. How to Return

  1. Email alicjabusiness@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a prepaid return label (free within the EU).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.
  4. Drop off at the indicated carrier location.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at your choice.
