These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alicja website and products (the "Service"), operated by ALICJA SHOP SP. Z O.O. ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in Poland under KRS number 0001230926, with its registered address at ul. Jana Heweliusza 11/811, 80-890 Gdańsk, Poland.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service or make a purchase.

3. Products and Pricing

All products sold are physical apparel, accessories, and leather goods. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance; we make every effort to ensure accuracy but minor variations in color or texture may occur due to natural materials and screen settings. All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable Polish VAT. Prices may change without notice; orders are charged at the price displayed at checkout.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through the website checkout and are processed by third-party payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and vary by destination. Free shipping is offered on all orders. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. We extend this to 30 days free returns across the EU for unworn items with tags attached.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and code, is the property of ALICJA SHOP SP. Z O.O. or its licensors and is protected by Polish, EU, and international copyright laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALICJA SHOP SP. Z O.O. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access at any time for any violation of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gdańsk, Poland.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service.
